Lateshia Frye has practiced in the areas of insurance defense and contract litigation since leaving public practice as Senior Attorney for the State of Florida Department of Children and Families, in 2016. She has also represented clients in civil proceedings in a wide range of litigation and casualty contexts pertaining to third-party insurance litigation, personal injury, premise liability, corporate disputes and bad faith disputes.
Lateshia attended the University of Miami as a scholar-athlete, graduating with her B.A.in 2009. She then attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan to obtain her J.D. in 2012. Licensed to practice law in Florida, and a member in good standing of the Florida Bar, Lateshia is also a member of the Southern District of Florida, and currently pending membership with the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.) Bar.
