Matthew J. Wildner


Matthew J. Wildner is an associate in Conroy Simberg’s West Palm Beach Office and focuses his practice on governmental liability, employment, and insurance coverage matters. He started his career as an Assistant State Attorney in the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office and tried over 70 cases, including punishable by life felonies to verdict. He then joined Conroy Simberg after three years at a Broward County civil defense firm where he litigated law enforcement liability cases in State and Federal Courts.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in History at the University of Florida, Matthew earned a juris doctor from Stetson University College of Law. In addition, he currently serves as a captain in the United States Army Reserve Judge Advocate General’s Corps and deployed with distinction to Afghanistan supporting Operation Freedom’s Sentinel in 2016.
