Rachel H. Minetree

Managing Partner

Rachel Minetree, a partner in Conroy Simberg’s Miami and Hollywood offices, practices in the area of personal injury protection (PIP) general liability, and first party property and coverage. AV® Preeminent™ rated by Martindale-Hubbell, she has handled and tried numerous cases, including those involving PIP fraud and improper billing. Rachel has lectured extensively on the topic of PIP law and insurance fraud. She has conducted hundreds of Examinations under Oath and pre-suit investigations in both PIP and first party property claims. She has handled various pro bono animal rights cases and is active in local rescue organizations. She joined the firm in 2002 as a young associate and has been with Conroy Simberg for almost all of her legal career.
