The West Palm Beach office of Conroy Simberg seeks an Office Clerical. This is a full-time position with benefits. 

Seeking applicants with at least 1 year office experience. 

Preferred candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow written/verbal instructions
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook & strong computer skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Deadline and Detail Oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask 

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Downloading case files from the clients
  • Printing and emailing correspondence
  • Make file folders for new cases
  • Prepare forms
  • Profiling documents
