The West Palm Beach office of Conroy Simberg seeks an Office Clerical. This is a full-time position with benefits.
Seeking applicants with at least 1 year office experience.
Preferred candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow written/verbal instructions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook & strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Deadline and Detail Oriented
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Downloading case files from the clients
- Printing and emailing correspondence
- Make file folders for new cases
- Prepare forms
- Profiling documents
