Ashley C. Pena is a member of the firm’s workers’ compensation practice representing employers, carriers, TPAs, uninsured employers, PEOs and self-insured funds in all types of workers’ compensation cases. She also has invaluable experience representing injured workers in their pursuit of their workers’ compensation benefits. Her prior experience has allowed her to gain a better perspective and helps her better understand all aspects of a claim, from inception to trial and settlement. She is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Ashley earned a juris doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law and graduated in the top ten percent of her class. While in law school, she was on the Dean’s List, every semester, was a member of Law Review, was an assistant learning instructor for her professor’s Federal Civil Procedure course, and completed more than two hundred pro bono hours. Ashley also holds an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice, with a minor in psychology, from Florida International University.
