Caroline I. Mockler practices in the areas of first and third party property loss and coverage litigating insurance defense cases on behalf of insurance carriers. Prior to joining Conroy Simberg, Ms. Mockler worked for the Department of Children and Families as a senior attorney prosecuting child abuse cases throughout the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in Florida. She then served as a judicial law clerk for the Unified Family Court division with the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Ms. Mockler earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from the University of South Florida, then obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from University of Florida Levin College of Law. Ms. Mockler is currently a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
