Elizabeth Joseph is an associate in Conroy Simberg’s Pensacola office. She is a member of the firm’s General Liability division, where she handles a wide range of insurance defense cases, ranging from automobile litigation to premises liability.
Prior to joining Conroy Simberg, Elizabeth was an associate at a national insurance defense firm where she represented clients in all aspects of civil litigation, including general liability, premises liability, complex tort litigation, construction defect, negligent security, and trucking liability matters. Prior to her defense practice experience, Elizabeth was a plaintiffs’ attorney representing individuals involved in automobile accidents, trucking accidents, slip and falls, and other types of personal injury claims. Elizabeth is admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida.
Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctor and a certification in civil litigation from Florida Coastal School of Law. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida.
