Erin N. Lockhart, an associate in the firm's Orlando office, is a member of the General Liability practice defending a broad range of litigation matters from automobile accidents, construction defects, negligent security and premises liability. She brings more than 15 years of diversely curated litigation experience to Conroy Simberg. As a solo practitioner, she developed a sustainable start-up statewide law practice representing individuals in family law, criminal defense and civil rights litigation matters. In a mid-size West Palm Beach firm, she represented primarily business entities in contract, employment, intellectual property, construction and real estate litigation matters.
As an Assistant State Attorney, Ms. Lockhart served in the 13th, 18th and 7th Judicial Circuits of Florida where she enforced the laws and defended the interests of the State of Florida by seeking fair administration of justice for all citizens and fair punishment for those guilty of criminal behavior. In her last several years as a prosecutor, Ms. Lockhart was assigned to a Special Prosecution Unit where she was responsible for the prosecution of highly sensitive cases including sexually motivated and other violent offenses.
