Gerardo Fernandez-Davila, an associate in the firm’s Hollywood office, focuses his practice on construction defect litigation and complex business litigation. Gerardo earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Florida in 2010, and proceeded to earn his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 2013. While in law school, Gerardo worked as a legal assistant for a class action law firm in Miami, Florida, as well as a teaching & research assistant for Legal Research and Writing. He was a Senior Staff Member for Nova Law Review, a member of the Nova Trial Association, and served as captain for Nova’s Irving R. Kaufman Moot Court Competition Team. In 2011, Gerardo was accepted to the dual degree program at the University of Barcelona Facultat de Dret, in Barcelona, Spain, and was the only student in his class to complete Phase One of the program and earn the International Law Concentration title upon graduating in May 2013.
