John R. Mahoney II


John R. Mahoney II is an associate in Conroy Simberg’s Pensacola office and represents clients in automobile litigation, first-party property and coverage, general liability and casualty, insurance fraud and misrepresentation, construction litigation, premises liability, and employment law.  

Before joining Conroy Simberg, John worked in a civil legal aid firm with a focus on property law, family law, probate, and general civil practice.  Prior to that he was employed as a state attorney in Florida’s dependency court system and also as a criminal defense attorney with the Office of the Public Defender.  John is admitted to practice in Florida and Pennsylvania. 

John earned a juris doctor from Ave Maria School of Law and an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain and Information Systems from the Smeal College of Business at the Pennsylvania State University.   While in law school, John was a recipient of the Board of Governors Scholarship and served as President of the Business Law Society.
