Mark Myers is a member of the firm’s General Liability practice defending a broad range of insurance defense cases ranging from trucking accidents, construction litigation, automobile accidents, and premises liability. He joined Conroy Simberg after two years at a high-volume insurance defense practice in Duval County where he worked on commercial motor-vehicle claims on behalf of various insurers. Mark is a 14-year veteran of the United States Air Force. After being honorably discharged in 1996 he went back to school and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Theory, Structure and Change from the State University of New York, Empire State College. Mark then went to law school at Albany Law School in Albany, New York where he became one of only two students in the 150-year history of the school to win both the Moot Court and Trial Court competitions. Mark moved to northeast Florida in 2015 and was admitted to the Florida bar in 2016. Mark is a member in good standing in both the New York and Florida Bar.
