Nancy Penelope Olivera


Nancy Penelope Olivera is an associate in the Orlando office of Conroy Simberg’s Construction Litigation Practice Group. She brings several years of litigation experience and provides defense to general contractors and subcontractors in all venues for construction of commercial and residential homes.

Nancy began her legal career as a litigator in specializing in foreclosure defense, consumer/debtor bankruptcy, debt negotiations, Probate, and Family Law. She continued her career exclusively representing Mortgagees in various real estate law matters, including Foreclosure Litigation.  

Originally from Venezuela, Nancy earned a bachelor of arts degree in Psychology, cum laude, from Rollins College. She later earned a juris doctor, cum laude, from the Florida A&M University College of Law. She was the Senior Editor of the Law Review and a member of the nationally-recognized Moot Court team. Nancy speaks 3 languages: Spanish, French, and English.
