Nicole C. Jackson, an associate in our firm’s Orlando office, concentrates her practice of law in the areas of construction, premises liability and general civil litigation.
Nicole is a graduate of Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia where she focused on political science and business management. Immediately upon graduation, Nicole attended the Florida State College of Law. During law school, Nicole gained early exposure to litigation as an intern with the Office of the Attorney General, Tort Litigation Division. Nicole also served as an intern with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco and a preeminent land use & zoning law firm located in Tallahassee, Florida.
Beginning her career as an Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, Nicole served as lead trial counsel on over 60 trials. Upon leaving the State Attorney’s Office, Nicole entered into private practice where her practice areas included criminal defense, family law, personal injury and general civil liability. Nicole also advocated for the rights of the abused, abandoned and neglected children as lead counsel for the Department of Children Families, Children’s Advocacy Center. Along with the practice of law, Nicole serves as a faculty member for the Skilled Advocate Company’s Trial Advocacy Boot Camp, where she teaches trial advocacy skills to attorneys in all areas of practice.
