Robbie Tejchman is an associate in Conroy Simberg’s Hollywood office. She is a member of the firm’s General Liability division, where she handles a wide range of insurance defense cases, ranging from automobile litigation to premises liability.
Prior to joining Conroy Simberg, Robbie represented clients in the defense of civil litigation claims, including general liability, personal injury, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, construction defect, homeowners and property association disputes, product defects, and automobile/trucking liability matters. Prior to going into private practice, Robbie was an Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Litigation – State Programs Division in Tallahassee, Florida. As an Assistant Attorney General, she defended state departments, agencies, and officials in matters involving the constitutionality of Florida state statutes including §1983 civil rights issues and class action civil rights lawsuits against the State of Florida seeking systemic or institutional reform of state programs or systems. Robbie is admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Robbie earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Case Western University School of Law. While in law school, she was Co-Managing Editor of the Canada-United States Law Journal, senior editor of the War Crimes Prosecution Watch, a legal writing teaching assistant ad tutor, and completed an externship with the Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor. Robbie received a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Fairmont State University with a major in Political Science and a minor in National Security and Intelligence.
