Taylor R. Anderson is a member of the firm’s First Party Property and General Liability practice group defending a broad range of insurance defense cases. Prior to joining Conroy Simberg, Ms. Anderson practiced in a variety of areas such as employment and labor, first party property, vehicle negligence, and premises liability cases. Ms. Anderson has also worked for various state agencies including the Agency for Health Care Administration, Department of Financial Services, Department of Business and Professional Regulation and the Department of Corrections. At these state agencies, Ms. Anderson handled a variety of areas including Medicaid Managed Care, workers’ compensation regulatory litigation and medical services reimbursement disputes, construction licensing, and inmate petitions involving gain-time.
Originally from Nebraska, Ms. Anderson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a pre-law minor from Wayne State College. Ms. Anderson then moved to Florida where she completed the two-year fast track program and earned a Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law.
