Conroy Simberg seeks a motivated IT support/helpdesk engineer.  Must have extensive experience and troubleshooting skills with Windows Server/Desktop, Microsoft Office products.  Familiarity with legal case management software preferred.   

Background in IP networking, Citrix/Remote desktop, Mac/IOS, Android, MDM solutions a plus.  Primary responsibilities will be monitoring helpdesk support que/calls. Good verbal/writing/people skills essential.
