Gary M. Seberry is a member of the firm’s General Liability practice defending a broad range of insurance defense cases ranging from automobile accidents, construction litigation, negligent security, and premises liability. Gary graduated summa cum laude from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science before receiving his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2018. Before joining Conroy Simberg, Gary joined an insurance defense firm in Brevard County where he worked on bodily injury automobile claims, uninsured motorist claims, and premise liability claims on behalf of Geico and Walmart. He then joined a small firm in Cocoa Beach managing a wide variety of general litigation claims including breach of contract, personal injury, property damage, insurance claims, and construction defects. Gary has also taken time to volunteer for Brevard Legal Aid helping to manage injunction for protection hearings for woman who have been the victims of domestic abuse.
