Debbie A. Lee-Clark has joined the firm's General Liability practice and brings over twenty years of experience in various areas of law including federal court litigation, insurance defense, personal injury law, probate, estate planning, and trust and estate administration. She earned her undergraduate degrees in Sociology and Economics from the University of Kentucky, graduating summa cum laude. Debbie received her juris doctor degree from the Florida Coastal School of Law in 2000, where she graduated first in her class with Highest Honors, summa cum laude. During her time in law school, she served on Law Review as Staff Editor, Managing Editor and ultimately as the Advisory Managing Editor.
Following law school, Debbie worked as the Career Law Clerk for United States Magistrate Judge Thomas E. Morris until his retirement in 2013. Afterward, she established her own law firm and dispute resolution practice, New Life Legal, PLLC, specializing in trust and estate planning, probate, real property transactions, and civil mediations in Florida circuit and federal courts. In 2018, she merged New Life Legal with another law firm, expanding her practice to include insurance defense, personal injury, and construction defects.
