Jetti M. Gomez Ferstl is an associate in Conroy Simberg’s Fort Myers office. She is a member of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation division, where she represents employers and carriers in workers’ compensation matters.
Prior to joining Conroy Simberg, she worked for a boutique law firm where she focused her practice in workers’ compensation defense.
Jetti is admitted to practice in Florida, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. Prior to her workers’ compensation experience, Jetti practiced law in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic, in diverse areas, including corporate and real estate.
Jetti earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from Inter American University of Puerto Rico and her Masters of Laws (LL.M in Comparative Law) from the University of Miami. She also earned her Doctor en Derecho degree (Juris Doctor equivalent) magna cum laude from Iberoamerican University, located in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
