Kathleen Beesley

Kathleen Beesley, an associate in the firm's West Palm Beach office, earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University in Tallahassee where she double majored in English Literature and Spanish. She earned her Juris Doctor from Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, as an Academic Scholarship recipient. During her time in law school, Ms. Beesley worked as a Certified Legal Intern for the Office of the Public Defender of the Ninth Judicial Circuit and Clerked for Chief Justice Donald A. Myers, Jr., of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in Orlando, Florida.

After law school, Ms. Beesley worked with the Office of the Public Defender of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Tampa, Florida, obtaining extensive litigation experience. Thereafter, Ms. Beesley moved into the civil sector and has, since, practiced both plaintiff and defense work, specifically in the insurance arena. Ms. Beesley focuses her practice on first-party property and general liability claims.

In addition to her legal career, Ms. Beesley has been an active volunteer with charities and organizations across Florida, such as Bay Area Legal Services, Night of Freedom from Addiction, Project Hope for the Homeless of West Palm Beach, and the Restorative Justice Project.
