Rebecca J. Williams

A partner in Conroy Simberg’s Hollywood office, Rebecca J. Williams has notable litigation experience practicing in the areas of general commercial and civil litigation, international and domestic commercial and civil litigation, banking litigation, creditor's rights, bankruptcy and international and domestic asset recovery. She currently practices in all areas of general commercial and corporate liability and handles matters in federal and state courts. 

Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca's areas of experience involved general international and domestic complex commercial and civil litigation, banking litigation, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, bank fraud, international and domestic asset recovery, intellectual property litigation and employment litigation.  Rebecca has received, for multiple years, the American Bar Association’s Outstanding Subcommittee Chair Award based on her work on the American Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee.

Rebecca earned a juris doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Miami. She is multilingual and speaks Spanish and Japanese.
