Allison D. Bregman is an associate in Conroy Simberg’s Hollywood office, where she focuses her practice on first-party property and insurance coverage matters, insurance defense, and claims involving insurance fraud and misrepresentation. She is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
After she earned undergraduate degrees in International Affairs and Spanish at the University of Georgia, Allison earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Allison worked on bodily injury claims on behalf of injured parties, specifically practicing in the areas of general liability and casualty, automobile litigation, negligent security, and premises liability.
