Ashleigh N. Taylor is a member of the firm’s General Liability practice, defending a broad range of insurance defense cases, ranging from automobile accidents, negligent security, and premises liability. Prior to joining the firm, Ashleigh earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University and began her career as a Financial Consultant for a prominent Fortune 500 investment firm. She obtained her Series 66 and Series 7 licenses, which allowed her to provide valuable financial solutions and handle complex trading issues.
After working in the financial industry, Ashleigh attended Stetson University College of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate degree. While in school, Ashleigh was a member of Stetson University’s Trial Team and Dispute Resolution Board. She also worked as an intern for the Honorable Sixth Judicial Circuit Court Judge Michael F. Andrews during her time in law school.
After graduating from Stetson University College of Law, Ashleigh joined a private civil litigation firm, where she handled homeowners’ association disputes, corporate dissolutions, and personal injury protection matters. She then moved on to a prominent third-party insurance defense firm, where she defended insured companies and individuals in general negligence disputes. Throughout her career and diverse roles, Ashleigh has gained significant experience in litigation.
Ashleigh is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida.
