Benjamin is a member of the firm’s General Liability practice defending a broad range of insurance defense cases ranging from automobile accidents, negligent security, and premises liability. Prior to joining the firm, Benjamin served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit, where he tried numerous felony cases to verdict ranging from illicit narcotics to violent crimes.
Benjamin earned his Dual Bachelor of Arts degree from Mercer University in 2021 and received his Juris Doctor from Walter F. George School of Law in 2025. Benjamin is admitted to practice in the Superior and State Courts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Georgia.
