Eric Faulkner is an experienced trial attorney with more than a decade of experience protecting his clients’ interests in court. He has defended insurers and their insureds in matters involving personal injury, product liability, construction defects, medical malpractice, and premises liability, among other areas of law.
Eric obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida. He then graduated cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law, where he earned national recognition for his work in trial advocacy while also serving as an Associate Editor of the Akron Law Review. Eric is licensed in Florida, Ohio, and Michigan, and regularly speaks and presents on issues related to substance abuse and mental health in the legal profession.
