Maxwell T. Gossman focuses his practice on general liability and first-party property matters. Maxwell practices defending a broad range of insurance defense cases ranging from automobile accidents, premises liability, and construction litigation.
He joined Conroy Simberg after practicing in Gainesville, Florida, where he gained valuable experience working with Florida Bar Board Certified Construction Law attorneys on construction and commercial disputes, as well as contract-related matters.
Maxwell earned his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of West Florida and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Maxwell is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts.
