Sierra DeMartino is a member of the firm's General Liability practice, defending a broad range of insurance defense cases, including automobile accidents, negligent security, and premises liability matters.

Sierra received her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Gender and Women's Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earning a spot on the Dean's List every year. She then received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2023, where she was a member of the prestigious Dispute Resolution Board and gained invaluable experience competing in, and winning, numerous national and international competitions in international arbitration, negotiation, and mediation, including one she captained. While in law school, she also served as President of a student organization, organizing numerous beach cleanups for law students, and was hand-selected to serve as a Teaching Assistant for incoming law students learning legal writing and research. She was awarded The Barrister's Award in 2023 for her exceptional skills in trial advocacy, oral advocacy, and brief writing, and was voted "Friendliest Face to Negotiate Against" by her graduating peers on the Dispute Resolution Board.

Prior to joining Conroy Simberg, Sierra excelled as an Associate Attorney at a leading insurance defense firm, where she successfully managed a high volume of auto accident and premises liability cases as a strategic negotiator and powerful advocate, while simultaneously ensuring efficient client communication and strong work product.
