Esther K. Erkan is a partner in Conroy Simberg's Jacksonville office. She practices in all areas of insurance defense, involving general liability, including auto accident claims, first party property and also insurer bad faith claims, construction litigation, breach of contract and negligence-based claims. Esther was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2007 and she is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts as well as federal courts for the Middle District and Northern District.
Ms. Erkan received her Juris Doctorate, with honors, from Florida Coastal School of Law, where she was the Research and Writing Editor of the Florida Coastal Law Review. She holds a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in Political Science and Government from the University of North Florida.
