Kathleen Beesley is an associate in the firm's West Palm Beach office, focusing on general liability matters, including premises liability, wrongful death, construction defect, condominium and homeowners’ associations (HOAs), first-party property coverage, and small claims.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Spanish from Florida State University, followed by a Juris Doctor from Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law as an Academic Scholarship recipient. During law school, Ms. Beesley gained valuable experience as a Certified Legal Intern for the Office of the Public Defender of the Ninth Judicial Circuit and clerked for Chief Justice Donald A. Myers, Jr. After law school, she worked at the Office of the Public Defender of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Tampa.
Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Beesley actively volunteers with various Florida charities, including Bay Area Legal Services, Night of Freedom from Addiction, Project Hope for the Homeless of West Palm Beach, and the Restorative Justice Project.
