Kristan S. Coad is a partner in Conroy Simberg’s Tampa office, where she focuses her practice on general liability, premises liability, and bodily injury and UM/UIM claims. Beyond her core practice, Kristan has handled complex personal injury protection (PIP) matters, frequently conducting examinations under oath (EUO). She is also highly skilled in managing multiple competing claims to effectively mitigate bad faith exposure for insureds.

Her legal career began in 1998 as an Assistant State Attorney in the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida. During her tenure there, she litigated and tried to verdict an extensive variety of misdemeanor and felony cases. Prior to joining Conroy Simberg, Kristan served as in-house counsel for the Nationwide Insurance Company Trial Division where she handled general liability cases.
