Lindsay S. Katz

Lindsay S. Katz is a partner in Conroy Simberg’s West Palm Beach office where she is a member of the firm’s General Liability practice.  Lindsay’s practice is concentrated on the defense of a broad range of general liability, coverage, construction defect, wrongful death, personal injury, professional liability and commercial litigation matters.  Prior to joining Conroy Simberg, Lindsay has experience practicing as an associate at a large New York law firm where she focused on complex commercial litigation. 

Lindsay has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2018.  Lindsay has been admitted to practice in the New York and New Jersey state courts since 2005 and is additionally admitted to the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, the District Courts of the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.

Lindsay earned a juris doctor, cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law in 2004 and obtained a B.A. degree in Political Science and Sociology, summa cum laude, in 2001 from the University of Florida.
