Sean C. Barber

Associate

Sean is a member of the firm’s General Liability practice defending a broad range of insurance defense cases ranging from construction litigation to premises liability. Sean has been practicing law for over fifteen years.  He joined Conroy Simberg after 11 years at a preeminent insurance defense practice in Clay County where he worked on a wide range of cases ranging from employment discrimination, construction defect, premise liability and bodily injury claims.  He has handled cases for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Florida Department of Transportation, and the Florida Department of Corrections.  Sean has both first chair and second chair trial experience, and appellate experience.  After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the Christopher Newport University in Virginia, Sean then moved to the First Coast where he earned a Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law.
