Esther K. Erkan is a partner in Conroy Simberg’s Jacksonville office. She practices in a broad range of insurance defense matters, including general liability, automobile liability, first-party property, insurer bad faith, construction litigation, breach of contract, and negligence claims. Esther was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2007 and she is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts as well as federal courts for the Middle District and Northern District.
Ms. Erkan received her Juris Doctorate, with honors, from Florida Coastal School of Law, where she was the Research and Writing Editor of the Florida Coastal Law Review. She holds a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in Political Science and Government from the University of North Florida.
