Kim M. Minix is a partner in Conroy Simberg’s Columbus, Georgia office, where he defends insurers and their insureds across a broad spectrum of insurance litigation matters. His practice spans general liability, automobile accidents, premises liability, construction disputes, and bad faith claims. A seasoned litigator, Kim brings extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts throughout Georgia. He is admitted to practice in all Georgia U.S. District Courts. Kim earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Georgia and his Juris Doctor from the Mercer University School of Law.
