Christine is a partner within the firm’s Appellate practice group. She also assists with dispositive motion practice and provides trial support for our firm clients. She comes to the firm with 25 years of experience as a complex commercial litigator, including 15 years of practice at a preeminent global law firm, where she routinely represented Fortune 500 companies in various industries in bet-the-company litigations across the country. She has handled a wide variety of different types of litigations and arbitrations, including class action litigation and arbitration, bankruptcy litigation, employment litigation, patent litigation, and products liability litigation in matters involving a broad range of issues and substantive areas of the law, including RICO, ERISA, lender liability, constitutional law, and liability under complex financial transactions and instruments. She has significant appellate experience in both state and federal courts, including in cases before the United States Supreme Court.
Christine earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2001. In school, she served on the University of Miami Law Review editorial board and International Moot Court Board, was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society, competed on the ATLA and state trial teams and was the winner of the University of Miami School of Law Trial Skills Competition.
She is admitted to practice in all Florida state and federal courts.
