Conroy Simberg Attorneys to Speak at the 2023 FIFEC Conference

Conroy Simberg is pleased to announce that four of our attorneys will speak on PIP Fraud Trends and First Party Property Law at the Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee’s (FIFEC) 34th Annual Conference. The educational seminar, which is sponsored by the firm, will take place in Orlando on July 12-14, 2023.
Hollywood and West Palm Beach partners, Robert S. Horwitz, Melissa G. McDavitt and Rachel H. Minetree will present, “Mock Trial - A Case of Property Insurance Fraud from Jury Selection to Verdict,” on July 12, 2023. The presentation will focus on an overview of what happens in a trial setting.
Additionally, Melissa McDavitt, Rachel Minetree, and Sarah Kippers will present "Code Breaking: Secret Decoder Ring for Medical and PIP Fraud," on July 13, 2023. This presentation will help insurance professionals decode medical bills and records to find hidden improper billing or services.
