Brian P. Haskell, a partner in Conroy Simberg’s Tampa office, devotes most of his legal practice to general liability matters. He has also represented clients in medical and dental malpractice, administrative law, commercial and construction litigation, long-term care litigation, personal injury and casualty defense. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Brian is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and has been listed in Florida Super Lawyers Magazine in 2010 and 2011 as a "Rising Star," an honor conferred on only 2.5% of the attorneys in the state practicing for less than 10 years.
Brian earned a Juris Doctor, cum laude, and a Masters of Business Administration from Stetson University. He holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology, magna cum laude, from the University of South Florida.
