Partners of our Pensacola Liability Division, Chris Varner and Laura LaBianca Puente, had the pleasure of presenting "First Party Property Claims, Start to Finish," to the Escambia/Santa Rosa County Bar Association.  The presentation included a panel of attorneys as well experts in the field of general contracting, engineering, and mold remediation.  

The criminal prosecution of health care providers for medication errors is a current topic of great interest to the medical community. Hollywood partners Jonathan Abel and Drew Levin recently presented the program "Medication Errors and The Legal System - Avoiding Civil and Criminal Liability In The Hospital Setting," at Broward Health Coral Springs.

Matthew J. Troy, a partner in Conroy Simberg’s Orlando office, will present “The Employment Relationship, Employee Leasing Companies, Covered and Excluded Employment, Defenses to Claims and Fraud,” at the 2022 Florida Bar Workers’ Compensation Forum in Orlando, Florida on April 7, 2022.
