Partners Kathleen Beesley, John Howard, and Tim McMahon prevailed at a final arbitration hearing in Miami-Dade County involving contractual defense and indemnity obligations. The arbitration centered on whether the client had a contractual duty to provide a defense and indemnification under the parties' agreement. Following the final hearing, the arbitrator ruled in favor of our client, finding no obligation to defend.
