Conroy Simberg Has Elected Six Attorneys to Partnership

Conroy Simberg, a premier insurance and litigation defense firm with offices in Florida and Georgia, has elected six attorneys to partnership.

Kathleen Beesley | West Palm Beach

Based in the firm’s West Palm Beach office, Kathleen Beesley focuses on general liability matters, including premises liability, wrongful death, construction defect, condominium and homeowners’ associations (HOAs), first-party property coverage, and small claims. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Spanish from Florida State University, followed by a Juris Doctor from Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. 

Samuel E. Cooley | Tampa

Samuel E. Cooley is a member of the firm’s Tampa office, defending a broad range of insurance defense cases, including premises liability, automobile liability, construction litigation, and professional liability cases. He has also practiced in the area of commercial litigation and intellectual property. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in American Studies, magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University, and his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. 

Holly Paar | Fort Myers

Holly Paar practices in the Fort Myers office, focusing her practice on a wide range of areas, including first-property insurance coverage, general liability and casualty, premises liability, and automobile litigation. She earned her Bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from Florida Gulf Coast University and her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Ave Maria School of Law.  

Noelia C. Vaccaro | Hollywood

A member of Conroy Simberg’s Hollywood office, Noelia focuses on insurance defense and civil litigation, with a focus on first-party litigation coverage. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida International University and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law with a concentration in Litigation.

Jeffrey A. Yarbrough | Jacksonville

Jeffrey A. Yarbrough, a member of the firm’s Jacksonville office, defends a wide array of insurance defense cases in Florida and Georgia, including general liability, automobile liability, and premises liability. Jeffrey is admitted to practice in all Florida and Georgia state courts as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Middle District of Florida, the Southern District of Florida, and the Southern District of Georgia. He earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of North Florida and Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. 

Aaron B. Zeilberger | Orlando

Aaron B. Zeilberger is based in the firm’s Orlando office. He has experience defending a broad range of insurance defense cases, ranging from automobile accidents, negligent security, trucking litigation and premises liability. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science, with honors, from the University of Florida, Aaron then attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor.  He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida
