Tampa Partner Eric Faulkner successfully obtained summary judgment in a case involving a tragic accident where a vehicle struck two pedestrians, resulting in their untimely passing. The third-party driver was underinsured, leading the plaintiff to pursue claims against adjacent property owners and vendors. Their theory of liability centered on the allegation that rentable scooters and bicycles in the area obstructed the driver’s line of sight and contributed to the crash.
