Matthew Troy to Present Webinar Hosted by The Florida Bar

Matthew J. Troy, a partner in Conroy Simberg’s Orlando office, will co-present a webinar hosted by The Florida Bar Continuing Legal Education Committee and the Workers’ Compensation Section.

The session, titled “Intro to Workers’ Compensation,” will serve as a primer for new workers’ compensation practitioners and will include an overview of compensability, defenses to claims, medical and indemnity benefits, and litigation.

Board Certified in Workers’ Compensation by The Florida Bar, Matt represents employers, carriers, TPAs, uninsured employers, PEOs, and self-insured funds in a variety of workers’ compensation matters, including those involving permanent total disability, catastrophic injuries, toxic exposure, heart and lung claims, drug test denials, and PEO coverage.
