West Palm Beach Attorneys Secure Final Summary Judgment in Negligent Security Case

Jeffrey Rubin, a partner, and Glory Robinson, an associate, in the West Palm Beach office prevailed on a motion for final summary judgment in a negligent security case. The plaintiff claimed to have been injured in an altercation at a restaurant in Miami-Dade County. In granting the motion in favor of the business establishment, the court found that there was no competent evidence of negligence on the part of the restaurant.
