Seth Goldberg, a partner in Conroy Simberg's Hollywood office, has a broad range of trial practice representing insurance companies and self-insured entities. He has tried cases throughout Florida and is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts and the United States District for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He has handled and tried numerous complex claims, including wrongful death, products liability, environmental law, trucking litigation, negligent security, construction defects, and premises liability cases.
Seth earned a juris doctor, magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and an undergraduate degree from Arizona State University.
